According to the site, income generated from the sale of goods is "reinvested into Tabeisa to support the social and economic development of disadvantaged communities in Africa." For instance, this sweet sundress is by Global Mamas, a brand comprised of women in Ghana making efforts to attain economic independence. "

Other notable finds on the site include a fun, colorful shopper, also by Global Mamas, made from recycled water packets -- in Ghana, people buy water in packets, not bottles; a selection of colorful and exquisitely crafted farm animals made from recycled plastic by Henry, an artisan who lives just outside Cape Town; and Dark Wooden Salad Servers by Traid Craft, a UK-based fair-trade organization that aims to fight poverty by helping artisans in developing countries sell their wares.

The British company also recently opened its first brick and mortar storefront within Hatton Country World in Hatton, Great Britain.
