Zero Footprint Experience Hits The Hamptons

The first annual Green Party was the place to be over the weekend. Held at the HYT ME Estate in the Watermill area of the Hamptons, the event featured organic fare, drinks by VeeV and goodies by VAMP Handbags and Ortolan Organic. Spearheaded by Liat Cohen of Global Kinect and sponsored by Haven Media, the event brought together media and music industry leaders. Originally promoted as the Greening of Music, Cohen says her personal mission is to get the hip hop community to go green.

Kaight & Co. was there showcasing organic cotton swimwear by Kelly B as well as Aaron Chang's new eco-collection. The girls also wore cocktail dresses from the spring collections of cutting edge green designers including Bahar Shahpar, Mociun, Nature vs. Future and Sublet Clothing, and handmade hats by ArtikalNYC. Other features of the event included a Healing Hub, and, of course, music.  Check out our pics:
